POST GUIDELINES

Videos must be high quality. Most cell phones will work fine, but avoid shaky footage.

Video must be no longer than 5minutes

Be authentic. Show your personality and speak from the heart, but remember to have good manners, too.

Submit videos that have structure. We’re looking for informative introductions, high quality content, and smart wrap-ups.

Video must be uploaded to your own YouTube account.

Email video YouTube link along with short paragraph setting up the video content.
